Payment Policy
No online card capture
The checkout accepts contact and delivery details for a non-binding order request only. It does not collect card numbers, bank credentials, wallet tokens or security codes. There is no installed payment gateway, named acquirer or automatic charge. Do not put payment data in the notes or send it by ordinary email.
How the total is confirmed
The bag calculates merchandise and delivery from server-held prices in USD. Delivery is $8 below $100 in merchandise and free at $100 or more. The displayed subtotal including delivery does not invent an automatic tax calculation. Any applicable sales tax is disclosed in a written final total before you agree to the purchase or make payment.
Availability before payment
A request reference confirms that the request was saved, not that stock was reserved or payment accepted. We confirm availability, destination eligibility and the final item quantities. If an item is unavailable or a price error is found, we discuss it rather than replacing or charging for a different item without agreement.
Agreed payment method
A mutually agreed payment method is arranged in writing only after the details are confirmed. No bank account or specific processor is represented here as an existing service. You are not asked to pay until acceptance. If instructions appear inconsistent with the confirmed request, call the canonical phone number below before acting.
Cancellations and refunds
Contact us promptly with your reference to discuss cancellation before dispatch. For approved returns, a refund is processed within 10 business days after receipt and inspection, or agreement that return is unnecessary, using the agreed appropriate method. Bank or other external processing time may be additional; we do not promise instant credit. Disputed or unauthorized payment instructions should be reported directly to the company.
