Shipping & Delivery
Where we deliver
Delivery is limited to the contiguous 48 United States and DC. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, international destinations and PO boxes are not supported. Provide a street address with a building number, city, eligible state and a five-digit ZIP or ZIP+4. We review delivery eligibility before accepting the request.
Delivery prices
The flat delivery charge is $8 for merchandise subtotals below $100. Delivery is free when the merchandise subtotal is $100 or more. The threshold excludes delivery itself. The server recalculates the charge when quantities change; any applicable sales tax is separately disclosed in the final written total before agreement and payment.
Dispatch and transit
Allow 2–4 business days for dispatch after written confirmation, then typically 3–7 business days in transit. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These are estimates rather than a guaranteed delivery appointment. Availability, payment agreement and destination checks happen before dispatch.
Address changes and delays
Contact us promptly with your request reference if a street, city or ZIP needs correcting. We confirm whether a change is still possible before dispatch. If a delivery estimate changes materially, we discuss the revised timing and available options. No live tracking system, named carrier contract or automatic shipment email is claimed.
Missing or damaged delivery
Check the parcel and contents when practical. Keep damaged packaging and contact us promptly with the reference and a clear description of missing or damaged goods. Do not use a damaged tool. We review the issue and appropriate next steps; a courier investigation does not automatically remove your applicable rights. Return arrangements follow the Returns Policy.
