Before an order
Ask about the SKU or product name and the feature you need to compare. A claw and an ivory spring grip clip have different openings; overall length alone is not a reliable substitute. We confirm current availability before acceptance and do not claim live stock numbers. No response-time or same-day service promise is implied.
After a request
Save the on-screen request reference. Contact us with that reference for amendments or cancellation before acceptance.
