Change of mind: 30 days
Contact Gold Rush Salon LLC within 30 calendar days of delivery if you wish to return a change-of-mind purchase. Include your reference, the product and the quantity. Wait for return instructions rather than sending an unannounced parcel to the company address. Then return the goods within 14 calendar days after those instructions.
Condition and hygiene
Change-of-mind goods should be unused, complete and clean, with all supplied parts and set pieces. For the duckbill pair, include both clips; for the snap set, all four; for the stick slide, both bridge and pin. Because these are personal accessories, we inspect condition, but do not use a blanket hygiene exclusion to deny rights for faulty, damaged or wrong goods.
Postage and packing
The customer pays change-of-mind return postage and should pack goods so teeth, springs and pins cannot pierce or break the package. Retain reasonable proof of sending. We provide the destination and any specific instructions after reviewing the request. No prepaid-label or carrier-contract integration is claimed.
Faulty, damaged or wrong goods
Stop using a tool with chipped teeth, a sharp coating or a damaged hinge. Contact us promptly with the reference and a description of the issue; photos may help but do not send sensitive content. We review the appropriate remedy and pay reasonable return postage for confirmed faulty or wrong goods under the agreed instructions. Do not undertake repairs before the issue is reviewed.
Refund timing and rights
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days after returned goods are received and inspected, or after agreement that return is unnecessary. We explain any disputed condition or missing components rather than silently withholding a refund. External payment-processing time may be additional. These voluntary change-of-mind terms do not remove applicable legal rights.
